Welcome to Oil Empire, provided by GameSphere. By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to play.
If under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these age requirements.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

3. Virtual Goods & In-Game Purchases

The Game offers virtual items, in-game currency, and premium content for purchase.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Any unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Use cheats, hacks, bots, or exploits.
Harass, threaten, or engage in hate speech.
Sell, trade, or transfer your account.
Violate local, state, national, or international laws.
Modify or reverse-engineer the Game.

Failure to follow these rules may result in account bans.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All game content (graphics, music, trademarks, and gameplay) belongs to Mikkel Knudsen.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any Game content without permission.

6. Privacy & Data Collection

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, store, and use your data.
We collect game usage data, device info, and analytics for ads and improvements.
We do not sell personal data.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

Violating these Terms of Service.
Engaging in cheating, fraud, or abuse.
Attempting chargeback fraud.
Any behavior that disrupts the fair play experience.

Terminated accounts lose all purchases and progress.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.
We are not responsible for lost progress, in-game purchases, or server downtime.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Updates & Changes to the Game

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Game at any time.
We do not guarantee permanent access to any feature.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
